My Fave Right Now

At first I had similar problems to other users, but it has improved over time. I just use four pumps of shampoo to cover all of my hair and to get enough lather. It leaves my hair soft and faintly lavendary.
"Rich lather?" Hahaha!

Just saw the instructions, which say to massage into a "rich lather." I laughed, because of ALL the no-chemical shampoos I've tried, this one produces the absolute barest amount of bubbly.
Leaves hair greasy

I have fine, dry hair and I used this shampoo. It's SO hard to fully wash out of the hair and it leaves greasy spots on my scalp. I hate this shampoo but now I have a large bottle of it. Will not purchase again.
Didn't work for me

Like another poster here said, I had issues with a greasy build up that left my hair lifeless, flat, and with a tendency to tangle very easily. I don't have thin or fine hair, but medium textured thick hair. It actually didn't occur to me initially that the shampoo was causing the issues, but then I used some of my boyfriend's Neutrogena shampoo and my hair felt amazing again. I like Alaffia's coconut skin products, their commitment to natural ingredients and good causes, but ultimately need a shampoo that does it's job. I've thought about trying another type of shampoo from Alaffia's, but I'm still stuck with a 3/4 full bottle of unusable product and not keen to buy another entire big bottle just to "try" something.
Shampoo doesn't work
Posted by Audrey on Jan 29th 2018
I have fine hair, and most shampoos work for me. This one does NOT work. It leaves a greasy residue the same day I use it and my hair looks flat. The following day my hair looks like I didn't even wash it. I like the smell and the misson of the company, but their product does the opposite thing it's supposed to do! I wish I could get a refund.
Love this shampoo

I'm allergic to a lot of the chemicals used in soap and shampoo. My dermatologist recommended this to me. It is wonderful. And the smell is incredible. Your hair feels great. And the price is too good to be true. Will definitely be buying a lot more from Aladdin!
